I lost heat last Thursday evening and reached out to Gezim from Thumbtack. He responded to my message within a few minutes and came to the rescue the second day. He is very professional, not only diagnosed the direct cause of failure but also pointed out other issues that may reduce the performance of the heater. There were no replacement parts available in stores and Gezim helped order the parts online. The same day the parts arrived Gezim came to bring the heater back to life. I can’t thank him enough for his help and would love to recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service.

These gentlemen deserve 6 stars, while at home on 01/10/25, I suddenly smelled wire burning, then discovered it was my forced air heating system. From the smell, I had a feeling heat was not going to click back on. Use this app, Jimmy was the first to reach out to me in a matter of minutes. 20 minutes later, they were at my door as promised, and discovered the problem showed me the problem , fix the problem my family and may have spent less than 2 hours without the heat on. I am so appreciative of the professional, promptness, and targeted and solve my issue along with their recommendation. Their business card is permanently on my refrigerator. Super fast repairs. We were without heat on some of the coldest days of the year and they came same day to find what was wrong and only took one day to get the part we needed and fix everything. They even bled my radiators before they left for no extra charge!
