FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $300 and my retainer is $3,000 for general family law matters. However, if you have a smaller case or are in need of an attorney for a one-time appearance, we can discuss alternate pricing. Pricing for debt relief and bankruptcy matters is usually a flat fee and varies case by case. I offer payment plans and always try to work with my clients' unique financial circumstances. However, I do not offer free legal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do an intake over the phone with you to discuss your case. If you are ready to move forward, we will discuss payment and set up an appointment for you to come to my office for an in-person meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am from Philadelphia and have done extensive community service in the area, so I am passionate about helping the people of my city. I also worked in customer service before going to law school, so I always endeavor to make my clients feel like they are being taken care of.
