- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I determine the source of the client's problem. Next, I educate them about how bankruptcy works. Then I describe how I can help them. Finally, I give them resources for pre bankruptcy certification so that when we meet we can file the bankruptcy immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annually, I take a six (6) hour continuing legal education course to stay fresh on all of the new developments in Bankruptcy law. Also, I am member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys that is a great resource for the latest information on Bankruptcy issues.
