- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are reasonable, and fair. I try to give firm flat rate fee quotes for most cases. I also allow clients to pay in installments if that helps.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the client and I should speak over the phone. There is no charge for this initial telephone consultation. If the potential client and I feel like we can work together, then we will schedule a meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law Degree from Temple University
