FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very reasonable. But, beyond gaining new customers, my interest is in building new, long term business relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I divide my process into a few, simple steps: 1. Initial phone, or Zoom meeting to discuss project details, and get to know each other (the customer and me). 2. If project is a remodeling, request existing conditions drawings, photos, and anything that might be useful to work on the design. If these are not available, I can provide assistance to complete these. 3. Once existing conditions drawings are available, proceed to develop several conceptual drawings (including floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.) to be presented and examined by the client. 4. As soon as the conceptual drawings are revised (if necessary) & approved, proceed to develop set of schematic drawings, which include (typically) floor plan, sections, elevations and architectural details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an architectural design-drafter with over 35 years of experience and having completed successfully over 650 projects in Puerto Rico and the Greater Philadelphia area. I consider myself an expert in Spatial Organization & Architectural Design, as well as Architectural Surveying (Existing conditions Architectural documentation). I am 1 year away from completing a MA in Architecture, and I possess a BA in Business Administration. I am also a proud & active member of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
