He assured me as soon as I got the piece he would come out, he kept his word with coming out the following day. He fixed my Samsung dryer in less than 30 minutes ! Nick was great! My washer wasn’t working and he came in, diagnosed the issue and figured out how to solve it. You can tell he’s real and that he has integrity. He offered us a cheaper (free) and just as efficient solution instead of taking an opportunity to overcharge us. Definitely recommend and will be working with him again in the future if any problems arise
