- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a flat fee for a service call for any appliance which is $59. The rest of the job depends on what parts will be required and labor to be performed. We try to keep everything as low as possible and we do offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk about an issue and we gather as much info as we can, in a manner that will not take a lot of your time. Afterwards we set an appointment where first we run diagnostics to see what has to be repaired. After that the only thing required is a right part and repair itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my brother both have Masters degrees. I do have a degree in Marine Engineering and my brother has a degree in logistics.
