- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should not be one size fits all for accounting/tax services. We work with individuals and businesses of all sizes. We briefly interview each new client via phone/text and provide a fair quote that reflects the specific needs of the client. Our minimum pricing is listed above in our compnay bio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a brief interview call to scope the project and in some cases request files necessary for providing a quote. 2. Issue a quote for the services. 3. If accepted by the client, they will be invited to our secure online client portal where all client files will be uploaded for us to review (or and in person meeting may be scheduled at our location). 4. Work is completed and final deliverables uploaded to our portal, where they can be accessed at any time by the client. 5. Client may schedule a follow up call to go over final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-CPA licence to practice nationally -Bachelors degrees in Accounting and Management of Information Systems. -Work experience before joining my partnership includes roles at a large national accounting firm, smaller local accounting firm, and a private multinational corporation.
