- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, I offer both a subscription model and a fixed price model depending on the services needed. For on-going bookkeeping services, clients must select from 1 of 3 subscriptions as this is a better value for you and will create more efficiencies for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer onboarding process begins by discussing an overview of your business and the services you are requesting. From there, we will discuss options for the best path forward, pricing, and expectations on both ends. If you are happy with the solution I have outlined and the related price, we will move forward with the onboarding process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and am a licensed CPA and CMA, which is a testament to my industry knowledge and expertise. Both certifications take years of experience and the passing of multiple exams to obtain. Additionally, I have years of experience working with clients in both the accounting and bookkeeping areas.
