- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most contractors look for those big houses with fancy cars out front just so they can jack their prices up and make more money from people who don’t they are being targeted. My prices are the same whether it is a $30,000 trailer home to a multimillion dollar mansion. I put my best price forward the first time so you don’t feel abused or not cared for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with the initial phone call where you can tell me what you are looking for and when you’d like to schedule your free estimate. I then come to your project where we will do a walk around and talk about your visions in more detail. I then will write up and estimate and show you right there and then. We can talk about edits and other options to make sure it fits your vision and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am being mentored by 2 different people who have owned painting companies for over 30 years. I am also a part of a professional business program which helps me make sure I am doing whatever I can to help you, the customer, have the best experience ever.
