- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always happy to hop on a phone call and discuss your needs with you. Our expert Customer Service Representatives walk you through the process from the very beginning to the end. We will collect all necessary information as possible to provide to our Project Managers so they are fully prepared when they come out to your property to provide an accurate estimate. Customer service and high quality work are second to none and we hope to earn your business, but also your trust that we will take care of your needs exactly the way that you want. We also communicate by way of email or SMS in addition to phone calls.
