We are very thankful for Wright Restoration Services. We were shocked and full of questions when we discovered we were harboring mold behind the walls in a downstairs room. The first visit to provide an estimate for remediation included careful answers for our many questions. We appreciated that Craige offered advice on what we could do ourselves before their team could come, as well as what we should NOT attempt.The team that came to the house to do the mold remediation was punctual, personable as well as professional. They handled our belongings with care and were pleasant to have in our home. They explained what they were doing and answered questions willingly. The whole process was reassuring.

This company and its employees, at all levels, are exceptional. We had mold issues that were remediated by others at an unacceptable level. We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have found the services of Wright Restoration. They were willing to explain the mold remediation process in detail so that before the project started, we had a complete understanding of the process and the expected final outcome. After the remediation was completed, we were satisfied that the work performed was more than satisfactory. The estimates were in line with our expectations, they were timely in starting and finishing the job, but more importantly when it was finished, there werent lingering or minor open items that needed to be addressed. Unlike many other experiences we have encountered, we didnt have to make repeated calls to finish the job or get in line. Without reservation, we would recommend Wright Restoration.

AMAZING and wonderful company! Wright Restoration Services, Inc in Parkseburg, PA was an absolute pleasure to work. Let's start with this - mold is NO FUN to deal with. It makes me feel as thought I don't clean my home well and left me very weary having my pets in the home. Thankfully, Wright Restoration is no only a remediation services company but they educate you as well. Their team really treated the home and my belongings and pets with the utmost respect. They scrubbed everything and were extremely meticulous about their work. From setting up an appointment with Natalie (who is amazing) to the team (Craige, Mike and Brad just to name a few) this process has been very well managed and executed. I really recommend them as they are just good people who do a great job - what more can you as for!

Wright Restoration Services is an exceptional company. They are very personable and professional. We were very distressed to find mold in our home, but the entire team calmed all our anxieties as they dealt with our problem...... from our initial call to Natalie who is totally amazing and a ray of sunshine to talk to on the phone who dealt with our insurance company with the upmost professionalism and communicated with us throughout the entire process, to Craige and his crew (Brad and Mike) for a job well done. It was like having family in our home!!! We recently contracted Wright Restoration to take care of a mold issue in our garage and basement. We chose Wright after receiving estimates from three companies. The owner, Craige Wright came to our house to assess our situation and provided an estimate in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of safe mold removal best practices and felt that he had our best interest at heart. Our removal/treatment technicians, (Mike, Brad, Matt and Steve) were absolutely great! They were highly respectful, professional, knowledgeable, careful and hard-working. The office manager, Natalie, was awesome and super easy to get a hold of (even during the wee hours of the AM). She kept in close communication during our project keeping us up-to-date on the process. I highly recommend Wright Restoration if you find yourself in need of mold remediation or other home restoration projects. Excellent, excellent work!

We are always happy to hop on a phone call and discuss your needs with you. Our expert Customer Service Representatives walk you through the process from the very beginning to the end. We will collect all necessary information as possible to provide to our Project Managers so they are fully prepared when they come out to your property to provide an accurate estimate.
