FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While there are costs associated with having a property professionally managed, the cost is often offset by reducing/eliminating vacancies, reducing maintenance costs and making sure the rents received are at the top of the market rent. Please note, that not carefully choosing the right property management company can be quite costly. Extended Vacancies, High maintenance costs and perhaps most importantly placing the wrong tenant are issues that are difficult to overcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our new clients and visit their properties. The customers we choose to work with become partners. It is important to make sure that we are a good fit for each other and can work together towards an achievable goal. However, many of our clients are not in the area and this comfort level can be reached with calls or skype calls. Once it has been decided that we are a good fit we get to work directly to implement the services and plans discussed. We can take over management in as little as a couple of days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
