Contacted Carlos about some repairs I need done on a property in Douglassville. He was very quick to respond. I am not local, so he called me from the site to explain what he found, and sent me photos and a (very fair) bid within a few hours. Looking forward to working with him. UPDATE: Ended up using Carlos, and he was awesome. Fast, provided photos to show all approved work completed, and provided an easy online payment option. Will definitely use him again in the future.
