Within an hour, I got a great price, and Gene answered the phone as soon as I called. He and a helper came over within 36 hours and chopped up and hauled away my 20 year old lumber swing set quickly. If it has not been raining, he would have come sooner. Not one speck of wood or debris was left! My husband and I are super happy and if we had known it would be this reasonably priced and easy, we would have done it sooner.BTW, I had one cheaper estimate,(said "starting price") that was so low, and there was not even one review. I did not trust it and am very happy that I used Mr Thomas. His price was very fair. I highly recommend him!
