At RPS we, acting as the owners agent, personally look over your real estate investments and make sure we keep tabs on the property over the course of your investment. We believe in serving both our clients needs, and the tenants. The key to having a successful investment property is tenant retention and our aimis to help make sure that your property continues to be profitable come what may. Many other companies are only looking to collect a fee and move on to the next owner!

Trying to change management companies while in another country can be challenging. But RPS made it as smooth as possible, evening going as far as working with us through a 13 hour time difference. Communication is always prompt. We are enjoying working with RPS thus far.

    Our pricing system is actually much less complicated then Most! Our management contract fully discloses all our costs and is laid out in an easy to read table format!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our most common types of jobs involve finding new tenants, collection of rent, resolving landlord/tenant issues, deferred maintenance on the property and rehabilitation/updating of problem properties. Comparative market analysis is also an often requested service!
