Cat was accommodating to my last minute request for Halloween makeup. She did a great job and my makeup stayed together for almost 10hours! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 35% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking that is applied toward your total fee. Deposit can be paid directly here through thumbtack. NEW CUSTOMERS: Ask about our 10% OFF welcome discount for ALL new clients on your first visit. TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS: Artist will travel to YOU and bring entire makeup kit, professional lighting and chair. This is a luxury service and travel fees begin at $100 for the first hour of travel roundtrip and covers travel & gas both ways. Valet parking/parking fees may apply additionally at check out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client consultation form REQUIRED for all facials and permanent makeup procedures. Bridal contract required for all bridal bookings.
