- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for a consultation fee for our first meeting scheduled after our free discovery call. After discussing the scope of the project at the consultation, we will discuss which services I offer that are a best fit for your needs and the fees that are associated with it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a discovery call to get a general idea of what you're looking for and then we schedule a face-to-face consultation where we dig deeper into your plans for the space and what I can offer you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After many small projects throughout the last 6 years, I had the chance to take out a full renovation in 2019 where I gained invaluable skills that allow me to manage projects from start to finish.
