- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally I like to set one price for the entire job. Some jobs require a deposit which is to cover material. If it is troubleshooting/service work I charge a service fee, and an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the job but transparency is important. I enter their info to my client list so the info is easily accessible. I like to provide a written estimate via email. I answer any questions and provide any information the customer needs. First impressions are important. but you get the same quality and attention to detail whether you are a first time customer or a repeat customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tech school basic circuitry, Philadelphia masters test given by the international code council Osha, and Code and calculations.
