FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
that my prices are flexible. Not every job or customers requirements are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client specific questions about the scope of their project to understand their expectations and needs. Then we will present our professional opinion. We believe this conversation is very important to make sure that all parties are onboard with the expectations of the project. Then we pitch the cost / price of what this type of project will cost at the same time making sure the client is happy and the project is delivered at the clients vision. We are here to serve you…whether you go with us or not…I will talk to you what to ask professional video companies.
