Jonathon was very prompt and communicated very well on when he would arrive and was punctual. The lock installation was slightly tricky as he had to adjust the alignment and he knew exactly what to do and the swap was finished in around 45 minutes. Highly recommend and already booked another slot with him right away to do some additional work.
