FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, and pricing reflects the scope and level of service involved. I offer flat-rate design fees for full-service projects and renovations, with pricing customized based on the size and complexity of the space. Consultations and smaller styling sessions are billed at an hourly rate. I don’t offer discounts, but I do offer clarity — no surprise fees and a streamlined process designed to give you both beauty and peace of mind. Let’s talk about your project, and I’ll provide a proposal that aligns with your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a discovery call to get to know the client's needs and project details. From there, we schedule a consultation, during which I come out to the client's home and have a mini-design session for about an hour and a half. After the consultation, I send my design project and fee proposal outlining the scope of work I would be completing, the idea we discussed during the consultation, and a breakdown of my design fees. Once the proposal and client agreement are both signed by the client we begin phase one of my design process (and then the real fun can start!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified interior designer through the New York Institute of Art and Design.
