Very good weekly/biweekly service. No complaints. I had to stop service recently due to finances being tight with a new baby coming but when things settle we will start service here again!

They do clean well but very irregular. I had to follow up with them before every cleaning despite having an agreement for once in 3 weeks cleaning. The contact person is also unresponsive and unprofessional. She stopped responding to my messages when i complained to her that the cleaners didn’t clean the floor well. They also cancelled cleaning once without prior notice on the day we were expecting them, and promised to do it next week. Its ridiculous that next week they did not schedule cleaning for me and sent me a sorry message saying that “we forgot”. Its hard to rely on such an erratic service.

This is the 5th cleaning service I've tried. I used a well known company and they were not reliable. The next one was so so then Covid set in. Then I tried a woman that was referred but she was not through at all. Next I had two girls but again not reliable at all. Finally I found Kate!!!! I have been using her for 9 months and I can't say enough good about the job they do. They are so through, doing inside windows, front of my kitchen cabinets, top of my fridge (which no one has done in the past) and even the baseboards. They do an outstanding job in every room and very reliable and friendly. The topper is, we have a 120 lb Great Pyrenees that they all love and he loves to see them. They even take a few minutes and play with him. The BEST cleaning service I've had. I highly recommend them.
