Mr Rinker was amazing. He showed up, quickly assessed the design i wanted and conveyed pros & cons. There was no selling tactics, just honest evaluations. He stayed in communication and was there to install exactly when he said he would be which was at least 10 days faster than the quote i almost went with. His work quality was also outstanding. Its exactly what i wanted. I am in love with my new railings and will not only use his services again, i will also whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.

Simply unbelievable and everything we were expecting. Steve is the ultimate professional and master of his craft. We were blown away by his craftsmanship and his attention to detail. He cut every baluster, rail, post, treads and risers to fit our existing stair case. Took his time demoing and cleaning the carpet and the existing padding to ensure the treads and risers fit flush. He stands by his work and he assured us of a quality product and he delivered big time! He was flexible and accommodating to our budget and was easy going throughout the process! I recommend him to anyone looking to repair, replenish or replace your stair case entirely. You will not be disappointed! 10/10!!

Here’s a revised version of your review: Review by DR Contracting We hired Railman4u (Steven) after our original subcontractor arrangement fell through. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to several issues: 1. Incomplete Preparation: Steven did not initially use wood putty to fill areas before applying the final coat. He only addressed this after we specifically requested it. 2. Subpar Finishing: The railing felt rough even after the final (second) coat of Loba Invisible on white oak, as though it hadn’t been sanded properly. We ended up having to sand the rails ourselves and apply a third coat to achieve a smooth finish. 3. Carelessness with Finished Surfaces: During the work, wood glue was spilled on the finished white oak steps, requiring us to sand and recoat the affected areas to restore their appearance. 4. Unresponsive Communication: Perhaps most concerning, Steven avoided our calls to address these issues. We had to reach him using an unknown number, and even then, he only showed up briefly for around 20 minutes, during which he merely went through the motions of sanding the rails. In summary, our experience with Railman4u was marred by poor communication, unfinished work, and a lack of professionalism.
