Base price: We can give you a base price, but a visit will always be important to confirm the final price. Discounts: You will get 20% off your first deep cleaning Rates: Additional services for a standard or deep cleaning must be clear before the start of the project. Payment conditions: We can coordinate this according to the client's conditions. Price structure: All our prices are based on average prices Contract conditions: all contractual obligations or commitments associated with the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarifying Needs: Listening carefully to the customer's inquiry or request, asking clarifying questions as necessary to fully understand their needs and expectations. Gathering Information: Receiving relevant information about: additional services, pets, how many times a month etc, schedules, allergies etc. Responding Clearly: Concise and directly addressing the customer's inquiry. We also strive to be informative and helpful, providing additional context or suggestions as appropriate. Final Input: If the customer provides feedback or asks follow-up questions, we respond to final details, asking if everything is clear to the customer, it is an iterative process that allows for continuous improvement and ensures the customer's needs are fully met. Overall, we aim to provide a positive and informative experience for the customer, demonstrating our ability to understand their needs and provide relevant and useful information.
