I called Zaza early on Saturday morning to fix a broken toilet. He confirmed he could be at my house in 30 minutes and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed and tested the toilet within 15 minutes. Then I asked him to take a look at the dishwasher that was having issues draining water and after asking a few questions, he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within 10 minutes. All throughout the visit, he was explaining what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. He was great at helping me understand what went wrong and how to check/fix it in the future. I would not hesitate to call him again for future jobs - you will not regret it. My overall experience with Zaza was fantastic and I would highly recommend him for any jobs you need help with.

Zaza was very good at his job. I has a few others come out prior to connecting with him and they were not able to do what he did. He communicated with me during the process of his findings, what I should do or not do in the future and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. He made me feel like my house mattered to him and was not just about making money.
