- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KEMS-Paramedics have a Tier pricing schedule. Our Pricing is on our website we do not have the lowest prices, and we are not the highest priced. we are an Authorized training center, we can guarantee our pricing, are able to answer questions and take care of any problems that may arise, most instructors are just that instructors they can not answer for their training center, if any problems arise they have to contact training center and training center has to correct problem. This is why so many people don't recieve their certificates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get as much information as possible from the new or existing customer so we can double check with Local, County, State and Federal Agencies and any licensing agencies, so customer gets the right training. We make sure that individuals or your employees get the training required. We find out when it is convenient for the customer to take training, we let the customer know that we understand if training date has to be changed and we do not penalize customers for changing training dates. New customers will have to pay for training in advance, for first training session, once established payment at time of training. We accept business checks/Credit/Debit/Cash/ACH Electronic Check for payments.
