- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and based on the job itself not hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free estimate by doing a walk thru of the job while asking questions to see what my potential client is not only looking for but expecting from my services. When arriving I will have information about my cleaning processes along with references. I also carry insurance to cover any mishaps. I am happy to say that I have never had to file a claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just experience in my various cleaning situations.
