Hello, Ms. Christiana. We apologize that your experience was less than wonderful. We urge you to reach out so we could make it right. We would also like to add our thought process as to why it took us a tad longer then usual. We are very pleased to hear that you were happy with what was completed in the 5 hours that we were there. Upon arrival we contacted you with no response for some time to inform you that your home was not in the condition as discussed. Our initial text: I have to ask and I am sorry I do not mean to offend. We ask everyone is there any feces, urine,insects or rodents? Your response: Oh no it’s not that bad lol I would move out no there should not be, I do have an older animal that has some accidents around the house but I try to go around daily and pick any messes up that I find. The reason it took us as long as it did and i hope you understand is that we had to bag all of your unwanted belongings that were covered in animal feces & urine. After completing that step we were able to start cleaning considering we could not clean with the feces & urine covered clothing on the floor. We bagged over 7 trash bags.. after we bagged them you were finally able to get back to us in regards to the feces/ urine situation & stated you would have your son come down to help.. we stated it was already done. We were also very upset that we were under the impression there was no feces, urine or insects & that was in fact in correct. We kept our price the same & continued the job until 9pm. I would like to add you came home around 7pm if you were unhappy i wish you would have told then to stop cleaning so we coule have came to a conclusion together. The problem with hiring a cleaning company when youre not home & without leaving us a list the first time.. or atleast being near your phone is there is very little direction given.. we went in blind and i did ask multiple times please list your priorities to us.. you stated i want it “clean clean”.. the only way to do that was to pick up the clothing/ other things on the floors so we could clean them. We had to organize & get everything off the counters & floors. I understand you wanted it done like your last company however, we were left in a basement with no directions & told “make it clean clean”. Maybe us squeezing you in last minute was our mistake & we should have said i am sorry we can not complete this job it is not in the condition as discussed.. we just wanted to help.
