Take pictures and let you know a price. If you choose to get cleaning, we can get it done on the same appointment. And you will receive before/after pictures by email. John finished my brick work on my chimney last week. His masonry work is impeccable. We were both NYrs so we got along great. (sometimes we can come off a little spicy, as my husband says) I saw the recent review and felt like I needed to leave my own experience with John and his company. 1. Great communication. He explained everything and even showed my husband and I pictures of our issues. John was very honest and informative. 2. He told us that our quote could go up and he Was honest on what we needed replaced. He did not add anything unnecessarily. I had waited a week and had a second opinion and they were quoting DOUBLE the cost for the same work. I went with John and I am glad we did. 3. Scheduling was reliable. It wasn't raining And they were on time. We had to reschedule once and that was my choice due to weather. I recommend this company. If you are honest and you can communicate... I do not see you having an issue with John. Thank you John for a wonderful job. We passed our inspection and everything looks great! We Appreciate you so much!

They did a rebuild of a chimney that was quite dilapidated, to the point it even had a tree growing from it and had crumbling, falling brickwork. They gave me a detailed estimate with complete explanations and scheduled the work to be done expeditiously. Working under some very challenging conditions, especially given the nature of the property layout, they went above and beyond to effect a result that exceeded my expectations, and at a very reasonable cost. They will definitely be my "go-to" for future masonry projects.

We are so happy to have the brick shelves gone and a mantle up. John did a great job planning a way to remove the shelves and replace the bricks with a nice flat wall and mounting the mantle. High quality work done fast!

I really appreciate efficiency! This app made this all so efficient and easy! Megan responded right away and gave me a much lower price than other companies in the area. Their team was on time, did cleaning, went over areas of concern and possible repairs. I appreciated that they were honest. They told me how a few things could turn into larger repairs, if not handled. But they didn’t try to sell me anything. They took pictures of absolutely everything and took the time afterwards, to go picture by picture. To show me the areas of concern, so I could see for myself. Emailed me absolutely everything and offered a discount if I were to use them in the future. It was hassle free and painless. I honestly DREAD using any type of contractors. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past. But these guys were great!

We do not charge for initial visits. For example; for chimney inspections, roofing inspections, or to come out for estimates on repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out for FREE consultation. We will perform an inspection (If your job is Chimney or Roofing) we will take video, pictures, measurements etc. to help us visually go over every detail with you. Show you any key problem areas. We will take our time and answer any and all questions, you might have. If there are multiple options, for repairs, we will write them all out separately for you. (Estimates could be done ‘on site’ or at a later time, to avoid you sitting for a period of time, waiting) We usually email you the estimate with any pictures or other files pertaining to your project. If you want to have work done, we usually discuss payment options, warranties & scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 20+ years of ‘on the job’ experience. Continue to workshop every year, to learn new techniques and standards.
