- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our project per job and not through a vague price book with plenty of "fluff" built in. We want to be able to provide the most amount of value and our customers should expect the best from us. We also hold our prices for 30 days from the quote so you won't have to worry about a pushy sales process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet to review your project, discuss your goals, and maybe review some products or solutions. After that, we will go over the proposal process and see if we can be a good fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up on the jobsite. My father and grandfather are both contractors.
