Gm property solutions has been a great resource and solution for managing rental properties to make it super easy for the owner. Digital payment and communication is a huge upside when working with this company. They have integrity and understand the rental business and investment side very well.

I love the team. They manage three of my properties. Very responsive and professional. What I love best about them is they are thorough with tenant selection. I had worked with another company before and they were hastily filling units. Ended up with some trouble.Stephanie, Austin, Justin worked hard to reposition the units. They are cash flow well now:).Thanks guys!!
