- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I am not intimidating or judgmental. I fundamentally love people and want them to have a happy relationship with their home We can work out a budget because like most things in life there are top, middle and lower tier. Keep in mind that design is a process and an investment in your home which is an extension of one’s identity. A one hour consultation in and of itself will not be the solution….
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m a good listener. I take notes and encourage client to keep special pieces. I work with family treasures and artifacts… but help them to achieve an updated fresh look
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many art courses in scale, color theory, art history, and textiles. My Mom was a seamstress and my Dad was a builder. They were DIYers back in the 60’s and taught me so much!
