Jim guided me through each step of the process. He was over than willing to answer all my questions (I ask a lot) and even made some pointers to future projects we could embark on at my property when the timing is right for me. I couldn't ask for someone that was more on time, considerate to my needs as a consumer. I had Jim and crew (Eric and Ryan) replace a 11x6 concrete pad 4" thick. These guys were pro and completed the work in a day. I can't speak to the longevity of the work but the way they demo'ed, put down 4" of stone, and concrete on top with relief joints sure makes it look solid. I give Jim a solid five stars because although the job was priced competitively, they did a good job, were on time, and went above my expectation at each turn. I feel like if something negative did happen (it did not) Jim would have my back. Looking forward to future jobs...

A rep came out to view the project area and discuss options and availability. I was then promised a quote within 3 business days. It's been over a month with absolutely no response. Moved on to a different contractor.

They out to our place on a Monday and we were told we would have a quote by then end of the week. A full week later and I didn't hear from anyone so I contacted the office. We heard several excuses why we haven't heard back. Then when we finally get a quote it be RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!

I had someone come out to go over the work that needed to be done. I was told I would have the estimate in the middle of the week. I waited until the end of the week to get the estimate figure. I called the office, and was told I would be called back. This was several weeks ago, and I've never heard back from the company.
