Introduction: Raymer and Son Exteriors is dedicated to providing the highest-quality products and services to our customers, at reasonable prices. We specialize in vinyl siding, replacement windows and deck construction. In addition, we do many other exterior projects including, but not limited to: sidewalks, storm windows, storm doors, pergolas, steps, porch floor replacement, deck sealing, deck staining, exterior cellar doors, etc. As an owner-operated contracting business, your consultation will be done by the owner, and all work will be performed and/or supervised by the owner. We will work until your project is finished, rather than leaving to start other projects. Your free estimate is actually a "proposal." We will not give you a low-ball estimate to get hired, then charge twice the estimate. We stand by our proposals and contracts. Raymer and Son Exteriors is a registered home improvement contractor with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, as required by law HIC#: PA-000159.

The Most recent project I contracted Raymer & Son Exteriors for was paint the exterior of my house and to replace most of old windows with new vinyl double hung windows.I contracted Raymer & Son Exteriors to have the outside of my 100+ year old house painted and repaired. As the job progressed I contracted with then to install (10) new replacement windows and other small items.The project was started and finished on time. At anytime I could talk with them about how the work was progressing. They were very professional and cleaned up everyday. Care was given to the equipment kept on the premises not to interfere with daily activities going on. Anytime we added more work the agreed upon budget was revised and submitted to me. I knew at all times what was agreed on. When I brought a concern to their attention they assured me it would be done. They worked very independently to the point that sometimes I didn't even know they were there. I have received many compliments on the finished project. The way they are flexible and dependable was very important to me. If I had something that needed to be added on, it did not become a problem for them. Outstanding personalities and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Raymer and Son Exteriors have provided me with excellent service for both major and minor projects for many years. They have always been very professional and provided me with good information prior to the start of any project and were always within the prices they estimated. I will continue to use them whenever I need work to be done and I would highly recommend them to everyone

We had Raymer & Son Exteriors replace five vinyl windows on the back of our house. Tom responded to our initial quote request quickly and produced a reasonable estimate for the work. He even obtained multiple quotes, at our request, on an expensive garden window we installed in our kitchen. The work was completed in a professional manner and the windows look great. Tom did make a mistake in measuring one of our windows, which delayed the project for a couple of weeks. But once the proper window arrived, it was promptly installed by Tom. The only complaint I have about the work itself is that I am still finding nails and other pieces of hardware in my backyard from the adjustment of our vinyl siding to accommodate the new windows. We were happy with Raymer & Son Exteriors and would contact them again for another project.

Tom Raymer from Raymer & Son Exteriors did an amazing job on the replacement of our old pressure treated lumber deck with new Azek decking. He provided a detailed proposal; answered any questions we had throughout the project; proposed his personal ideas or recommendations throughout the project (which were very helpful); performed everything as he promised. Tom cared about his work for us, like it was his own. He alerted us to items he did not like and was "fixing" or reinforcing to make our deck perfect. I highly recommend Raymer & Son Exteriors, and plan to request them for any future work for myself or family members.Thank You Tom - we cannot wait till spring to be out on our deck!!

Had a great experience with Raymer & Son Exteriors. I had a privacy fence installed last summer. The work was done in a timely manner and Tom worked with me and around my schedules. I have received many compliments on how nice my fence looks. This spring he returned to stain the fence for me and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend them to do work!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a phone call or email we will respond ASAP and talk about the project you want done and your timeframe. Based on that we will then set up an appointment at your home to measure and go over specifics. We will then send or email an estimate proposal outlining the work and price. We will then continue to work with you to fine tune what you want. Then if you decide to do the work we will agree upon a time frame and sign a contract
