- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photo prices vary according to the type of sessions and specific details about it. My engagement sessions local in PA start at $450; and it can be customized accordingly to your needs. If you are interested in adding other available products like prints and enlargements, photo albums, and many more, I can deliver that too! Wedding Collections start at $1,800 for 6 hours of service. Any travel fees may apply to locations further than 30 miles radius from my location in Middletown, PA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer. Let them feel that our conversations are very relaxed and without any pressure. I usually get contacted through my website or Instagram. I do my best to send an email with all the information the customer may need including my phone number so they can get in touch with me for any other questions. To me, it's very important to know the vision of their session so I can excel in their expectations. I give a brief idea of how the session will go and on the day of the session, I give further tips and guidance but still let everything flow as natural as I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed courses in Coles Photography and Creative Live. It's a combination of being self-taught and online learning. I have also trained with amazing Couples/Wedding/Elopement Photographer Grace Troutman from Des Moines, IA. I learned so much about how to give all my couples an amazing experience and memories they will never forget for sure! The learning never ends.
