- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always flexible with pricing, because seeing is understanding what a person was describing. Important details are often overlooked on one or both parties account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you want me to do your work put your address or phone in your communication with me. I am not always on my phone. I do check it from time to time or sometimes I leave it in vehicle and I do not check it until I am finished with a job. It all depends on the job. So please be patient and know I will get back to you, thank you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My biggest job in landscaping was doing the international headquarters of a company in the Carolinas. The plants totaled around $2000 at super wholesale, because a friend worked at nursery and that was in the late 1980's. I maintain the grounds of a church for over 3 years before I was out of high school. I did many residential properties at the beach where I grew up. My education in this field is experience.
