FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payments are made monthly and are due when your monthly invoice is sent, typically sent the month after lessons were taught. If you prefer to pay weekly, please have payment ready at the time of the lesson. I do teach both in-person and online lessons (via Google Meet or FaceTime), same price for both. Typically, best results will be in-person or a combination of both. However, I have successfully taught MANY students fully online and it's been a complete success! Lesson Prices: 30 minutes = $45 45 minutes = $65 60 minutes - $85 Forms of Payment: Check Zelle Venmo Paypal Cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome new cello student, I am very much looking forward to teaching you the fundamentals of cello playing from note reading and practice techniques to great cello tone and technique. 1. Please give me a brief description of your musical background, whether you are starting from scratch, are already a cello player, or somewhere in between. 2. First lesson will generally be an orientation of getting to know you, what you'd like to accomplish, and setting goals of how to succeed! 3. I set up a Practice Assignment template that I share with each student covering updated assignments and notes of what we covered in our lessons. There is a spot for students to keep tabs of their lesson assignments and practice progress if they so choose.
