Introduction

Whether you are interested in lessons just for fun or whether you are considering a life long career, I will make sure what you learn and how you learn stays with you in whatever your endeavor may be. I specialize in all types of contemporary music. I use basic technique and fundamental skills and exercises as the basis for my teaching. I emphasize a fun atmosphere, laid back style, and passionate attitude that will inspire you to grow and flourish. I pride myself in starting where a student is musically and take the pace that is comfortable for them. Every student is different and learns differently.

Sara is very knowledgeable and patient with her students. She really takes the time to ensure they understand what she is teaching them and things they can work on to continue improving their skills. She does an excellent job at encouraging them but is also honest with her feedback. I would highly recommend Sara.

I like to get together and chat first. It is important to sit and get to know each other and see what goals the prospective student has. If it's a good fit, we get started right away!
