FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a speaker, I work with clients to understand the type of experience and takeaways they would like their members to receive from my visit and I create the key points to align with the client's interest. With the Creative Juices training program I again work to first understand the client's particular goals and objectives for my sessions and I break each part of the presentation down into small chunks of information to allow the audience an opportunity to process the information and training, on their own time and according to their background.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in consulting, working globally across various cultures, time zones, and languages. My expertise lies in effectively communicating new and often challenging lessons related to business processes and innovative approaches to improve their situations. I am a perpetual entrepreneur and product developer with over 35 years of experience developing products/concepts for the market that align and support the many difficult events of my life. In terms of education, I hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Masters in International Business Administration from Temple University. I obtained these degrees through studies in Paris, France, Philadelphia, PA, and Tokyo, Japan. For the past five years, I have been practicing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and have integrated various aspects of the empowerment methodology into my program, which I now refer to as Neuro Creative Programming.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Business and how things work have always caught my attention. With this interest, I recognized that by engaging in observation and consciously focusing my attention on the processes that were playing out, I realized that everything operates according to a process governed by a set of common rules. This understanding extends to the realm of idea generation, where these rules equally apply. Steve Jobs famously stated, "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever." This approach, which has been instrumental in Jobs' own life, emphasizes the importance of retaining the operations being performed within our experiences because they constitute the raw materials (dots) for all other ideas. Neuro Creative Programming introduces individuals to this process, allowing them to discover a new way of thinking. I am so confident in the effectiveness of my program that I offer a 100% guarantee. If participants do not gain, at the very least, a solid understanding of how this methodology enables them to think differently, they will walk away with a full refund.
