I hired JP Build & Design for a major structural project that included underpinning the foundation, pouring new concrete slabs, and framing out an 18 x 20 wall & siding. Im beyond impressed with the results. The quality of their work was top-notch. Everything was done with care, precision, and a level of craftsmanship that gave me total confidence throughout the process. The foundation work was solid and clean, the concrete pours were smooth and properly graded, and the framing was tight, square, and ready for finish work. Just as importantly, they were incredibly flexible and efficient. Any time a curveball came upweather, site conditions, small changesI never had to worry. They adjusted quickly without ever compromising quality or falling behind schedule. Communication was clear, professional, and consistent the whole way through. This was a big job, and they handled it with ease. If you're looking for someone who combines skill, reliability, and a strong work ethic, I highly recommend them. Id gladly work with them again on any future projects.
