- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is included on the quote or estimate. Additional trips or installations not outlined on the quote will be additional cost to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we interview the customer to find out the customers needs and then we usually do a site survey (not always) to quote the job. After this a proposal is sent to the customer via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has various degrees ranging from associates to bachelors in both IT and Security.
