- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are going to tailor the repair plan specific to the needs of the space, it is hard to give pricing. For example; waterproofing an unfinished garage would be worlds apart from waterproofing a finished game room if an inside option was selected. Additionally, if outside options where selected, consider how difficult a retaining wall or steep grade would impact the price. The bill for obstructions is the greatest price driver. Since these items are specific to each job, it is difficult to price things per foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before all things, we must understand what you want to use the space for. Dry functional storage, finished game room, man cave? By telling us this we will be able to calibrate the level of protection you need so you are not paying too much or leaving yourself under protected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Basement Health Association. Additionally, company owner Aaron Stull is a Certified Waterproofing Specialist (CWS#149) and a Certified Structural Repair Specialist (CSRS #149) as certified by the BHA with continuing education mandate.
