FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My lowest price is for a simple wedding within 20 miles of my home. Price does increase with distance and rehearsal if rehearsal requires a different day than the wedding. Discounts for Military personnel and Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the couple through initial phone conversation. I listen to what their wishes and expectations are for the wedding ceremony. Then provide suggestions that they , of course, may embrace or reject.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified wedding planner for 20 years. Ordained to perform weddings in June 2020. If your wedding is going to take place in Pennsylvania, you may choose a self-uniting marriage license or standard. PA has no registry for state-approved wedding officiants. I am officially approved as an officiant ( minister) in Ohio and West Virginia. You can verify this on these state's websites. Maryland has no state- approval process, but online ordinations are unquestionably approved by that state.
