- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are primarily fixed based on the services needed by the client. Pricing may differ from my fixed pricing depending on the needs of the client and any special situations that may occur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any services I always offer the chance for a consultation whether that is through text or a video chat! It is important that you know who you are going to be working with so I always give the option for a consultation. From there since my sessions are 100% remote I utilize video chat, phone calls, and text to effectively communicate with my clients and ensuring they have access to contact me as well with any questions. I will go through the specific process for each type of session during the consultation call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with an Accounting degree in 2017. In 2020, I received my MBA. I have 4-5 years of public accounting experience. I have 7 years total of assisting clients with their financials and tax filings.
