FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a professional service our pricing is very competitive. We have several washes at different price points so the customer can choose what they would like and not having one price forced upon them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the job sight and listen to what they want done and any concerns they may have. At that point I'll do a complete inspection of the home and inform them of everything I found. I will tell the customer how we will deal with there concern and give them choices. I have found that this process is what customers like the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Already had the basic knowledge but applied myself through talking with other Pro's, studying, videos, etc. and applying what I have learned then tweaking the technique used to make it as close to perfect as can be. I never stop learning, there will always be something I do not know. QUOTE: Every man is my superior in some way, in that I learn of him. Ralph Waldo Emerson
