Had a great experience in a not so ideal situation thanks to Micheal. I bought a foreclosure with an unsafe 2 store garage, the garage needed to be demoed before I could more in per the borough. I was having trouble finding someone who could do it within my budget and get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Went through about 5 contractors before I met with Micheal, who then made everything very easy for me. The whole process was smooth despite the borough making us just through some hoops for a permit. Micheal also helped me navigate through my portion of that. Although having this service done was not something I wanted to have to do, Micheal put in a lot of work and effort to make it easy for me. The site was also spotless when he was done. No evidence that a garage had just been tore down at all. I truly appreciate the great job that Micheal did, all his help throughout the process, and that fact that he is just a good human being. I would 100% recommend Micheal and use him again in the future should the need arise,

I was in a dilemma. I had the building inspector threatening to prosecute my family for a dilapidated property we own. Mr. Michael from Inks Excavating helped me for over 6 months. While I cleaned out and worked on getting the finances to demo the property. He talked to the neighbors and the building inspector for us. And has worked to take this extremely stress filled problem away. I don't know if anyone else would have taken the time to help us and work with us like he did. If I could give him a 150% for a job well done I would have. My property is almost completely cleaned up, the job is still in progress. Inc's Excavating went above and beyond their duty to help us. I would highly recomend to anyone who needs a Excavator, to hire Inc's Excavating InC
