- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent with no hidden fees. We primarily offer flat-rates based on the scope of your job, such as your home or office's layout, approx. size in square feet, cleaning needs, etc. We have base service packages that help cover most cleaning needs, but we customize all of our quotes to make sure they're covering exactly your concerns. All of our services are guaranteed! Every dollar spent with us delivers vetted & insured professionals who bring their own supplies & equipment geared to providing high-quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your needs and space. Next, we provide a custom quote and schedule a convenient time. Our licensed, insured team arrives with a detailed checklist, ensuring every corner is cleaned to our standards. Post-clean, we will do a walkthrough with you (as long as you're available) to confirm your satisfaction but we also guarantee our services. Should you find any areas in our scope of work were missed within 12-hours AFTER the job has been completed, take some photos and call us right away. We will coordinate with you to send the crew back free of charge to make things right! Our goal is to deliver a stress-free process from start to finish.
