We asked for deep cleaning services for residential and did not get what we asked for. The house was not cleaned properly. The cleaner used all our paper towel when he clearly needed cleaning rags. He broke the lighting fixture to the ceiling fan and didn't replace it. The floors were supposed to be cleaned and mi infant daughter had dirt and debris all over her feet. The stove was left still dirty. The corners of the floors were still dirty and goofy from last tenant. I felt taken for my money. He returned after our complaints and still didn't do a good job.

The carpet cleaning was good. That was about it. Hired as a deep clean. I spent 2 1/2 hrs cleaning after he left ....and I am still not done. Many, many things not done as a regular house cleaning, never mind deep cleaning. Nice man, but I would never recommend his cleaning. My shower was not even touched. Things I specified that I wanted were not done. Toilets dirty. Whatever cleaning agent he uses left a film on my appliances, film on mirrors. Laundry tub was a disgrace. Carpet vacuuming was ok. Asked him if he swiffered walls and he said he uses a damp rag. No walls were done. Interior windows were to be done. They were not. Window sills not done. I checked downstairs while he was upstairs. I wrote notes on 6 pages of 3x5 paper on what he missed. Showed him. He went up and down stairs a few times, seemed like he was doing things, then told me he was done. I did not check after him...I should have.

im very sorry you weren't satisfy , however your property have major repairs that needed molding , rust , and mildew is beyond deep clean and my services , We went over your concern and I address it with your approval . We did discuss about moving items for dusting which I said I'm not comfortable moving variable items I pefer the clients to move items for deep cleaning. My review with other Clients are more better than bad . Hopefully you're find the cleaner you're looking for.
