FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$32/half hour $47/45 min. $62/60 min. I have a Referral Program! What this means is that any student of mine, who refers someone to me and they start taking lessons, then the student who made the referral will get a free lesson!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st lesson is the "getting to know you" lesson where I find out about their musical history, involvement, and progress. What are their strengths and weaknesses. If the student has no current knowledge, then we just start from the very beginning with a lesson book that is correct to their age group.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching piano lessons since 1996. I have been teaching singing lessons since 2008. I have a Bachelor degree in Music Education from West Chester University. I learned piano privately starting in 1992 through 2010 by teachers went to the New England Conservatory of Music and Julliard. I was taught piano pedagogy at West Chester University. Over the years I have used the methods that I was taught and added my own experiences to create my own personal method which utilizes everything I have been taught over the years.
