Frank's work is amazing! He called me before he got here to tell me he was going to be 6 minutes late, so his puctuality is on point and very respectful of my time. He hung 3 lights and and a ceiling fan for me, and even tho he ran into a couple of obstacles, he never got frustrated, he just figured it out. I could tell right away that he takes great pride in his work, and his being the first time here, I did watch him closely. And even with me observing him, it did not rattle him, because he knows exactly what he is doing! His estimate remained the same, he did not pad it out, or say the labor was going to more. He is a good, honest, reliable, ethical person to deal with. He was extremely honest with me and I will do the same with him. There is no need for me to look further for an experienced capable handyman, he is the only one I need! I will post pics when I figure out how to do it. Have a great day Everyone!!
